ive been asking on and off for about a month now for coffer key help(now its in writing) i need one each of the following keys....eldieme necrop,monastic cavern or davoi and castle oz.... the eldieme keys dfop from haunts(63-65) sprrigan (64-66) tomb mages (60-63) and tomb warriors (60-62) the davoi / monastic cavern keys drop from orcish champions (mc 64-68 davoi 69-72) orcish dragoons (mc 64-68 davoi 69-72) orciish dreadnaughts (mc 63-67 davoi 69-72) orcish farkillers (mc 62-66 davoi 69-71) and for castle oz the keys drop from yagudo flagellants (62-66) conductors (63-67) assassins (64-72) and preates (63-69) um its a givin that these mobs are not easy but i still need the coffer keys and i have none.....if anyone can and wants to help please respond here and or the ls.........thanks

Well, as always I am willing to assist in all of these. Unfortunately, in my opinion, all of these require three, four, or maybe five people to make each trip safe and productive. Healing is essential, lol.

Eldieme... last time I assisted with keys there we had Burn(blm), Benton(blm), Arp(rdm), Ed(blu), Tovan(rdm), and myself(mnk). We were there forever. Granted I was the only TH with /thf. And these fights were fairly easy due to our large party.
Recommended Setup: Healer/DD/DD/THF

Davoi/Monastic... Well, I've never farmed coffer keys here before. But I know these mobs are insane. Well I say this b/c I was alone. Of course with a party it will be fairly doable. Those Champions owned my ass when I tried them for my Testimony. After the third death I decided to go another avenue. LOL.

Castle O... Damn I love that place, LOL. Well, I know where to go for those mobs, that's for sure. Went up and fought those mobs for my Testimony. Not alone of course. By the way.. Flagellants are not that low of level.. i know wiki says so, but it's the higher ones, no biggie. Basically, I just stood up there until someone asked what I was doing. They were there just farming for scrolls. So I offered to assist in farming if they'd help out. We plowed through the mobs fairly good and quick. And the party setup was Me, a Thief, and a Paladin. A Pld that Hasted me >.< didn't know pld's had haste, lol. oh well. My point is this one should be no problem.

Now the question is who to help. Because we do need healing help. Really wish Eve was back, lol. I noticed all my setups are the same, lol. Funny. Well, we are slim on Healing help unless we get non-75 healing help. Burn is currently our only choice I think. Haven't seen Gimme in a while online. And Thief help... Well... Our favorite feline is our best choice in assistance in that department. /smile /point /point /smile. We do have Rowiin back as well, so he can do some Pld Healing too.

So anyway, there's my analysis on your keys and the parties needed. If you get healing help and I'm free (which is likely) just let me know. :0)

Thanks Keap, Kataklysm, and Myself on helping Kavasha get his three keys today. This was pretty cool we could knock this out all in a single day. Now... Go find them coffers!!! >.<

Also grats to Keap. We managed to get his last key from Castle Zvahi.. WooT!!!

WIPE!!! LOL!!!

So Attempt 1 on trying to get Kav's AF Hat. Basically it was to fight 3 Mobs at once. One Weapon NM and two Victims (Skeletons). Our party setup was as follows:

THF75 (Kataklysm)
RDM60+ (Edmund)
DRK60+ (Kavasha)
MNK70 (Jaiswan)

The idea was to have Kat solo the main boss (Weapon) while the other three of us would kill off the two Victims. Well from what I took from the fight, and this may be different from other points of view, is the following:

- Kat mentioned that he still had a ways to go on the main boss when we all wiped, so a duo on the main boss may be necessary.
- Ed, Kav, and I started focusing on one of the Victims. Ed was healing fulltime since the Victims were doing some serious damage. I had to switch to the second Victim, because it started doing mondo damage to Ed and we couldn't afford him healing himself and the rest of us.
- I tried to keep shadows up as much as possible but ended up getting hate from both Victims which made that nearly impossible.
- In the end the order of deaths were myself, ed, kav, then Kat warped out. Main boss had a ways to go, 1 Victim was almost dead, and the 2nd one was dented, but only from me temp attacking to pull it away from Ed.

On a second run, I think the following could work. But there are definitely other options.

1. Get Rowiin or Keap to assist and tank the main boss.
2. Kat / Kav take 1 Victim with Kat tanking... Yes that means Kav don't unload too much hate with WS right away.
3. I take the second Victim out with Hundred fists as soon as I can't keep shadows up any longer.
4. Ed and/or another healer try to keep the three Victim-killing ppl out of the red.
5. After 1 Victim is dead, all three focus on the other.
6. After Victim are dead, main boss is focused on.

Need the current setup plus a PLD maybe another Healer for this. An alternative option is to Sleep the second Victim and kill of the first. Not sure how resistent they are though.

Round 2 will be a success!!!
